Mr. Raymond B. Webster Mr. Webster has been involved for the past six years, in extensive research, consulting and publication efforts regarding the contributions of African Americans to science, invention and technology with the goal of incorporating such information into documented history of the United States. He has published a major volume and twenty-six articles and reports on this subject; appeared on radio/TV; and provided over seventy presentations locally/nationally. He also produced his own sixteen-segment TV show on Philadelphia Channel-52 that aired sixty-seven times. Previously, he was employed in private industry for ten years, prior to operating his own company for twenty-five years working on air/spacecraft programs, basic and applied research and information systems technology. Mr. Webster just completed the original design, development and implementation of CAASTIS, an information system comprising over seven hundred fifty-thousand data-facts on African American contributions to science, invention and technology, the largest ever. |
