Marcel Uzegbu is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and has been practicing Civil Engineering for over 20 years. As a Supervising Civil Engineer with City of Oakland, Mr. Uzegbu possesses extensive and team building, municipal engineering experiences which he has utilized effectively in working with other engineers, consultants, contractors and developers and his staff at City of Oakland. Marcel enjoys discerning viable solutions to engineering issues and land use complexities. Marcel Uzegbu has extensive experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Subdivisions Development, Civil Engineering Design and currently in charge of Right-of-Way Management Division under Community and Economic Development Agency. In May 18, 2001 Marcel received an award from American Public Works Association Northern California Chapter for his exemplary customer service and engineering contributions to Engineering Services, City of Oakland.
