He has been involved in several regulatory audits of power plants and preparation of cost benefit analysis reports for electric rate case task force. Mr. Pogue has worked as a consultant on a contract basis for various utilities such as Xcel Energy Corporation, American Electric Power Company, and Exelon Corporation; managed projects for electric utilities, which included verifying corporate regulatory commitments, safety analysis reporting, and power plant system design document development. Mr. Pogue earned his Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) and a Master of Engineering (Mechanical) from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
