Dr. Johnson earned his MD from Meharry Medical College, MD, 1976, then went on to earn his credentials from Baylor College of Medicine in General and Vascular Surgery in 1981 and Thoracic Surgery in 1983. His medical interests include Endovascular Surgery and Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass. Dr. Johnson is a member of several professional organizations that help to keep him on the cutting edges of medicine. He is a member of COR Specialty Associates of North Texas, P.A. (CSANT), Texas' largest medical and surgical group practice providing cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery and heart and lung transplantation services at over eighteen hospitals and twenty medical offices in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and North Texas region.
