His experiences span from the provision of an Industrial Development Formulation and Master Land Development Plan for U.S. mid-size cities to facilitating the luring of high-technology companies by providing business development in the Western United States, Great Britain, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Mr. Goff is also well experienced in areas of high-technology development and marketing, as a result of working with major state-of-the-art research/development firms. He assisted these firms in commercializing their technology to create leading edge innovation technology in competitive environments. He identified how they could restructure and rejuvenate, thereby allowing them to exploit and create methods to introduce future/survival urban environments for emerging global competitive markets. Mr. Goff has been principal of Hollywood Design Ltd., a consortium of former Hollywood Film Industry movie sets designers and craftmen. He is the grandnephew of Ms. Hattie McDaniel, 1940 Academy Award Winner - Gone With The Wind.
