Fleming is a design consultant with expertise in engineering design. He also works to build manufacturing capacity in developing countries. Until recently, he was the Principal of Tek Designs International, an engineering design firm providing project management and design services in the IT, telecom and industrial design sectors. Fleming has consulted on wireless telecom projects in emerging markets, with projects in Africa Europe and the U.S. He currently serves on the Corporate Strategy team at Embarq. Kweku was the NSBE National Chairperson from 1989 to 1991. Credited with first instituting the NSBE International Committee, he returned in 1999 to serve as the International Committee Chairperson and presided over NSBE’s global realignment.
