Virgil has more than thirty years experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering and site exploration. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of in situ testing and foundation engineering. He is currently geotechnical manager for Gregg drilling and testing and Pitcher Drilling where he oversees three divisions of drilling aprograms. nd in situ testing. His hands-on involvement in many onshore and offshore investigations greatly aids his clients in designing exceptional and innovative site investigation.
